Danielle! You have sure achieved your goal with this piece! I love it! The glazes make a big difference, I know! I love the way you have been able to get depth in this piece and bring the figures forward...but then again, not. You have a very special way with atmosphere, but this one showcases your special technique.

Welcome to my Art Journal
In January 2007, I decided to paint every day. I began with 2" x 2" paintings then to the larger pieces displayed on this page. I became fascinated with these creations and I just could not wait for the next day to paint a new one, then two, then three.....I do enjoy the discipline of painting every day and the fact that at the end of the evening I have a number of completed works on my desk.
