This week, I have been concentrating on painting
atmospheric landscapes.
I drew upon my memories of Venice, Italy, to create this sunset.
It is a city that captured my heart a few years back.
I hope to return there very soon.

This painting is wonderful. I love the movement and the colors! It makes you feel as though you are in some place very, very special, so you have captured that feeling quite well. It also feels quite romantic...I have been searching for a word to use, and I think that is the right one.
Danielle, this vision of a Venice sunset is magical. Like a hint of feelings cause by visual stimulation. Very lovely!
